Computer Based Training
These training programs are designed to provide and implement your training requirements through a computer based training environment.
Note: Basic computer knowledge and skills are required to
complete the training programs. The programs available will also assist your company in complying with current legislation and provide a means of assessing and monitoring the knowledge and skills of your staff. Most of the training programs are theory based with some having a
practical element attached which is completed afterwards on your own work site with minimal time requirements. The programs have been written to cover the elements of the AWSA training protocols, and related to the Agricultural & Processing Industries.
Some of the benefits of Computer Based Training are to provide your company and staff with access to the programs at anytime without time restrictions. There are cost savings by eliminating travel, meals and extra time associated to staff attending training courses. This also provides staff flexibility to schedule in Computer Based Training, as time is available, instead of arranging production downtime at your facility for a group of staff to attend a training course.
